CDJ Hartmetall GmbH works according to the guidelines for quality management and elements of a quality assurance manual according to DIN/ISO 9004.DIN/ISO 9004 is a continuation and supplement for quality management (ISO 9000 to 9003) and elements of a quality assurance system. In our quality assurance manual, which is binding for all our employees, all processes and organizations of our company for the presentation of quality assurance are described in a completely transparent manner.
